Vibbar – Boo Boo
Sampling Buju Banton’s ‘Driver’, the multi-talented collective that is Vibbar (formed by Poet’s Corner) dropped a vibrant track titled ‘Boo Boo’ late last year. Taken off the ‘You Should Be Here’ project, the track is a modern-day love story with a twist… long story short, it’s about a sneaky link. The finely, recently shot video accompanies the narrative to this track, perfectly.
Krept & Konan – For Me
This one is definitely for the “what’s understood doesn’t need to be explained” gang. Placed as the second track on the duo’s 2017 album ‘7 Nights’, ‘For Me’ is the flawless soundtrack for any intimate moment that involves slow dancing. It combines Krept’s Dancehall touch with Konan’s smooth, seldomly used vocals.
Nippa – Pay the Price
Nippa is slowly becoming a new poster boy for the UK music scene, he’s done nothing but impress fans and critics with his plethora of sweet melodies. ‘Pay The Price’ is the second single taken off his self-titled EP ‘Nippa’ which was released last November. It’s a sweet tale of his escapades and how well he treats his girl.
Tiana Major9 – Think About You
East London singer Tiana Major9 has been finding success in both the UK and the US. During the peak of the 2020 lockdown, the singer dropped this melodious, self-explanatory track titled, ‘Think About You’. Later added to her EP ‘At Sixes and Seven’s’, the Reggae infused single showcases Tiana’s silky vocals as she expresses her uncontrollable emotions for a loved one. She also treated us to a Lover’s Mix version which features WSTRN’s Haile.
Young T & Bugsey ft Blxst – Nice
Young T & Bugsey are another duo that never miss when it comes to creating timeless bops. ‘Nice’, listed on the duo’s star-studded second studio album ‘Truth Be Told’, is an up-tempo track that is accompanied by American rapper Blxst. This blissful single highlights the beauty of women from all around the world.
Since BenjiFlow’s break out song ‘Deep End’ in 2018, the soulful singer has continually showcased his talents and created a household name for himself. ‘My Bella’ is an absolutely beautiful rendition of love and devotion, as the North London vocalist combines his talents with Nigerian artist Oxlade, for this sweet-sounding track.
