LADIPOE – Running feat. FireboyDML
Nigerian rapper Ladipoe releases new Afrobeats single ‘Running’ featuring Fireboy DML ahead of his highly anticipated EP dropping this month. Designed to uplift, the instantly contagious song merges Poe’s powerful rap flow and delivery with an anthemic chorus from Fireboy. With production driven by Andre Vibez, ‘Running’ reflects Poe’s musical DNA incorporating his poignant penship and feel-good spirit.
Doller – Keep It Playa feat. Scorcher, Treh Lamonte, Image God
Making good on his promise of a single a month, North London’s Doller has recruited an all-star lineup of international guests for his new R&B drop ‘Keep It Playa’. Featuring guest vocals from his famed collaborator and former Cold Blooded colleague Scorcher, as well as Montreal R&B specialist Treh LaMonte and ascendant Edmonton rapper Image God, the track finds the four artists addressing their admirers directly with positive affirmations. Set against a backdrop of delicate marimbas, rolling basslines and snappy percussion provided by the Three Amigos, the song is littered with both heartfelt sentiment and flirtatious, tongue-in-cheek bars, making for feel-good results.
Chloe Bodur – Static Flow
Magnifying her sonic range, ’Static Flow’ highlights Chloe’s glossy vocals across a down-tempo R&B, teaming up with cousin JD. Reid on production. Opening the door to a new dimension, the 23-year-old explores the contradicting sides of her many contrasting personalities.

Buju – Sorry I’m Late (EP)
Rising Nigerian vocalist Buju releases his debut project, ‘Sorry I’m Late’, a 7-track Afrobeats EP. Still early on in his musical journey, this personal yet diverse EP gives us an insight into Buju’s multi-layered personality as we get to know him more, track by track.Inspired by a heated voice note from a disheartened fan chasing new music, ‘Sorry I’m Late’ is an apology to his supporters for keeping them waiting longer than he intended. Throughout the EP –
which spans just under twenty minutes – Buju works with a range of in-demand producers including: Timi Jay, Rexxie, Denzl, Steph and Perlz. The project is universally relatable covering themes of self-worth, perseverance, love, and introduces us to one of Africa’s most promising voices.
RizzyB – Free Spirit Freestyle/Park Up
| Instead of producing an official music video, Rizzy gathered a team of creatives to contribute their natural gifts through an engaging freestyle video fused together with a candid ‘behind the scenes’ montage. Rizzy wrote and performed the rap ‘Free Spirit Freestyle’, showcasing his lyrical ability and captivating artist presence, and enlisted photographer Keanu Reeves, director Tan Wright and model DKabs to come together and capture press shots for the artwork of the single. This unique merging of each persons individual talents allowed a uniquely authentic product to be born. |
