Nines, Pusha T, AJ Tracey, Freddie Gibbs and CASISDEAD are set to perform in Brockwell Park on May 24. Rinse FM is turning 30 this year, so it is only right to celebrate with this incredible lineup.
North London’s Nines is due to headline this spring, a year after Crop Circle 2 was released. Going back years, Nines has an arsenal of festival season tunes that always go down well in the sun. From CR to Highly Blessed, the historical discography will undoubtedly be one to see, as he is going from Church Road to Brockwell Park in two months time.
AJ Tracey is listed as a special guest and rightfully so. He has a history of great festival performances, taking on the Glastonbury and Parklife stages amongst many more in the last few years. He has already received his flowers as a performer and now is your chance to see him on stage.
CASISDEAD will be coming to the stage straight after winning a Brit award for ‘Best Hip-Hop / Grime / Rap act’ earlier this March. His album Famous Last Words dropped in October 2023, and once again led him into the limelight this year as one of the country’s best rappers. If there has ever been a time to see CASISDEAD, it is now.
The legendary Madlib and Freddie Gibbs are also due to perform. Their joint albums, Pinata and Bandana, are both praised amongst the best hip-hop albums ever, alongside Pusha T’s Daytona. Pusha T is another rapper taking on Brockwell Park this day and it is very exciting. Hip-Hop heavy-hitters alongside UK legends is always something to see and we are all here for it!
