Hi, what are you looking for?

Red Bull ‘Raise The Bar’ heads to Manchester this month | @REDBULLUK

After the highly successful debut in London, Red Bull are introducing a handful of Manchester MC’s for its second instalment on March 21st at the iconic music venue Gorilla.

Like the London cypher, the beats get faster the longer the competition goes on. The crowd vote who goes through to the next round until one rapper is left standing. Rap, grime and drill beats are all used in the cypher, all with a different BPM. All the MC’s have different strengths, so it will be interesting to see who keeps up.

Ca$par performs at Raise The Bar, London on 13th October, 2023.

Eight rappers are competing in the ring, with only one left standing at the end. Those who can’t keep up get swiftly eliminated, making consistency the most important factor to winning this competition.

Hosted by Manchester’s creative personality Faro and special guest DJ’s, this is an event you don’t want to miss.
