London-based singer/songwriter Malika kick’s off 2018 with the music video for her latest single ‘I Live,’ taken from her debut EPSongs About C, OUT NOW.

Filmed and edited by MALIKA and Bole Collective, the video stars MALIKA and her diverse family, who she affectionately calls ‘The Shady Bunch’. The video shows MALIKA driving round with her Mother, Father, Brothers, Sister, Grandmother and nephew, known to us as ‘Shade’ whilst she is trying to get them to sing along to ‘I Live.’

The dynamics shown in the ‘I Live’ video are entertaining, heart warming and fun to watch, and prove this is no ordinary family! Their personalities and character add to the feel good factor you get when listening to the song. Accompanying the ‘I Live’ video are the even more infectious ‘I Live Outtakes/Bloopers’ which show the behind the scenes antic’s between MALIKA and her family during the process of making this video. This video perfectly demonstrates the everyday struggles we all go through dealing with our families, with hilarious consequences.

Enjoy.
