Across six bi-weekly episodes, guests delve into the intricacies of music, discussing topics from rap culture to misogyny, violence, masculinity and the shifting role of religion in an ever-evolving scene.
Rap vs Religion
The presence of religion in rap has always existed, from crucifixes to confessions, from lyrical prayers to public reckonings. ‘Represent’ steps into that tension, exploring how artists navigate dualities: celebration and struggle, ego and humility, sin and salvation.
