One thing we know about Potter Payper is his vision has always been far-reaching. Every setback has been met with an even larger comeback, a true testament to his forward-thinking mindset. Known for his vocal clarity and vivid imagery, Potter Payper has shared his world with us through music — in every tape, album, and freestyle.
Potter’s Business Ventures: More Than Music
Beyond music, Potter Payper has already ventured into business. He has launched his label 36 the label and also ventured into eyewear with the brand, IIII (pronounced Four Eyes). The brand’s identity revolves around progression, innovation, and rejecting the traditional approach.
Revolutionising Eyewear with IIII
IIII isn’t just about fashion — it’s about pushing the boundaries of what eyewear can do. The brand has already developed heat-reactive glasses that change colour when worn.

Tam, the creative director of IIII, explains:
“We want IIII to be more than just a fashion statement. It’s about self-expression, individuality, and having fun. We’re creating eyewear that gives people a real superpower.”
Their future plans are even more ambitious: bulletproof bags with built-in parachutes and jackets that switch between reflective and heat-reactive. It’s clear that IIII is at the cutting edge of eyewear innovation.
Making an eyewear brand is very personal to Potter Payper having rocked prescription glasses from the jump. Unknowingly he was inspiring a new generation who ordinarily wouldnt have seen being a rapper as an option due to their poor eyesight and the seemingly unsightly look of wearing glasses. Unknown T is testament to this who mentioned how Potter Payper helped him gain confidence in his eyesight on GRM Daily’s ‘Thoughts in A Culli’.
“Those that do know, know that I wear glasses you know. I have poor eye vision but I can use sunglasses as a marketing strategy to help me blend in”‘. – Unknown T
Potter’s Vision for the Future
Potter Payper’s career trajectory mirrors IIII’s ambitious vision. Just as he’s revolutionising his approach to music and business, IIII is challenging the norms in the eyewear industry. As a brand, they reject traditional designs and aim to create something new.
In an interview with COLORSxSTUDIOS, He mentioned his dream collaborator is Adele. He wants to “make the world cry” with her on a hook. This wouldn’t be the first time Potter has worked with a household name, with former collaborations with Ed Sheeran and Snoop Dogg.
Becoming a married man is one of the biggest steps any man can take in life, and Potter recently made that step in January 2025, showing his wife to the world. Thinking for his future ahead, it will hopefully be a happy marriage that will see him through the rest of his life.
Beyond Music: A Multi-Faceted Vision
Potter’s vision extends beyond music, into fashion and business. His ability to reach a generation through various channels is a testament to his perseverance and adaptability. He’s inspired by other successful artists-turned-entrepreneurs, like Gucci Mane and Jay-Z, and his vision for his label, 36 The Label, shows he’s on the path to becoming the next great music mogul.

The Importance of Vision: Eye Health and Equality
In collaboration with Eye Works London, this editorial highlights the importance of eye health, particularly in areas where access to proper eye care may not always be available. For instance Unknown T from Hackney or Potter Payper from Barking & Dagenham, one of the most affordable boroughs in London (ranked the least expensive area to live in the city). Eye Works is based in one of the most affluent boroughs in London, Kensington and Chelsea and represents the best in access to eye health. Yet, for many, this isn’t the case.
For residents in less affluent boroughs, access to quality eye health is not always within reach. This stark contrast highlights the issue of inequality and lack of access to basic healthcare services.
