There are some UK rappers who seemed destined for the top, supremely talented and it seemed like the stars had aligned for them. But just as quickly as the curtains opened, their 15 mins in the limelight were swiftly dashed into darkness. Here are 6 UK rappers who may have ruined their careers.
Dutchavelli made a name for himself in the UK rap scene after leaving prison with his 2020 single ‘Only If You Knew’ and from then was a regular in the UK singles charts. Features with some of the UK’s hottest talents, including Stormzy, Tion Wayne & M Huncho had every artist with an interest in the UK wanting to work with him.

After this huge success Dutchavelli was ravaged with allegations of inappropriate interactions with an underaged girl on Instagram.
Further allegations were made by an 18-year old female about Dutch being domestically abusive.
The Rapper has denied all allegations but the reputation damage is irrefutable. Dutchavelli has not since collaborated with any notable artists and has not published music videos on GRM Daily as he once used to.
